Sanchi Coffee


Sanchi was co-founded in 2017 by a World Siphonist Championship China Judge and a domestic coffee roasting competition participant, and was established in 2017. The name “Sanchi” (literally “three feet”) signifies balance and measurement.

Starting as a self-roasting coffee studio and later expanding into an independent café, Sanchi has stayed true to its mission: to seek out high-quality green beans in collaboration with excellent producers and traders from around the world.

Leveraging the strength of in-house roasting, Sanchi uses Probat and Diedrich roasters to produce coffees that harmonize flavor and texture — the founding vision behind both the studio and café.
