Awake offers a coffee drip bag subscription service. When you sign up for a subscription, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for billing and contact purposes. All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Payment
All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the designated payment method for any recurring subscription fees. Subscription payments will be charged automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Awake is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues or customs procedures.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at ask@awake.com.sg, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. Please include a photo of the item and any relevant details to help us resolve the issue promptly.

8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. Awake is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, images, and texts on our website are owned by or licensed to Awake and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised use of Awake’s intellectual property is prohibited.
