Unfortunately, you won't be able to. Our goal is to introduce you to new flavours and different roasters each month. We hope you’ll enjoy the delightful surprises in every delivery!

What are the subscription options available?

How often will I receive my coffee subscription?
Every month! We will deliver your order on the last day of the month, so you can start the new month with a brand new selection of drip bags.
HOW DOES RECURRING PAYMENT FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Recurring payments for your subscription are processed automatically at the 20th day of the month based on each renewal period (3-month, or 6-month). The payment will be charged to the payment method you selected at the time of subscription.
When will I receive my first and subsequent subscription boxes if I order a coffee subscription? And when will I be charged for the next cycle?
Delivery: Your first box will arrive within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Subsequent boxes will be delivered by the end of each month for the duration of your subscription term.
Payment: Your initial payment is processed when you place your order. For recurring subscriptions, you’ll be charged again on the 20th of your next billing cycle (every 3 or 6 months, depending on your plan).

Scenario 1:
If you start a 3-month subscription on 8 Dec 2024:
- 1st Box: Delivered by 17 Dec 2024 (within 5-7 business days)
- 2nd Box: Delivered by 31 Dec 2024
- 3rd Box: Delivered by 31 Jan 2025
Your next recurring charge will occur on 20 Feb 2025 to renew your 3-month subscription plan, with monthly deliveries continuing for the next cycle.
Scenario 2:
If you start a 3-month subscription on 20 Dec 2024:
- 1st Box: Delivered by 30 Dec 2024 (within 5-7 business days)
- 2nd Box: Delivered by 31 Dec 2024
- 3rd Box: Delivered by 31 Jan 2025
Your next recurring charge will occur on 20 Feb 2025 to renew your 3-month subscription plan, with monthly deliveries continuing for the next cycle.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAUSE OR AMEND MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?

CAN I GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
Yes! Awake’s coffee subscription makes the perfect gift for the coffee lover in your life. You can select the subscription bundle of your choice. Upon check out, you may add the recipient’s address as the Delivery Address and we’ll take care of the rest.
