Monthly Subscription

We’re excited to offer subscription bundles for ADVENTURE (Box of 10 Drip Bags) and EXPERIENCE (Box of 20 Drip Bags), designed for coffee enthusiasts who want to elevate their experience. With our subscription bundles, you’ll secure a continuous supply of our premium specialty drip bags delivered to your doorstep. The subscription price includes shipping fees, so you can sip and save with ease.

Subscription With Shipping Included

Every month! Your order will be delivered within the first week of the month, ensuring you start fresh with a new selection of drip bags.

Recurring payments for your subscription are processed automatically at the 20th day of the month based on each renewal period (3-month). The payment will be charged to the payment method you selected at the time of subscription.

Delivery: Your first box will arrive within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Subsequent boxes will be delivered by the first week of each month for the duration of your subscription term.

Payment: Your initial payment is processed when you place your order. For recurring subscriptions, you’ll be charged again on the 20th of your next billing cycle (every 3 months).

  • 1st Box: Delivered by 17 Apr 2025 (within 5-7 business days)

Yes, you can pause or amend the delivery timeline your subscription. If you wish to make changes to your monthly subscription, please email us at ask@awake.com.sg.

Yes! Awake’s coffee subscription makes the perfect gift for the coffee lover in your life. You can select the subscription bundle of your choice. Upon check out, you may add the recipient’s address as the Delivery Address and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, we do! Your order will be ready for self-collection within 5 working days. Once it’s ready, we’ll notify you with the details for collection.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, having an account allows you to track your orders and manage subscriptions with ease.

Simply click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page and enter the email you used for your previous purchase. We’ll send you a link to reset your password and complete the account setup.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. However, if you need to make urgent changes, please reach out to us at ask@awake.com.sg, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

If you have a subscription, you can update your payment methods or delivery address through the "Subscription" button in the portal. For any other changes to your monthly subscription, please email us at ask@awake.com.sg, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Yes! Under "View Addresses," you can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses for faster checkout.

During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address for the recipient while keeping your billing information the same. If you’d like the recipient to receive order updates, you can also enter their phone number in the shipping details.
