Rebirth Coffee is a Taipei-based specialty coffee brand celebrated for its light roasts, competition-driven spirit, and commitment to excellence. Founded in 2016 by Klay Wen, whose passion for specialty coffee was ignited by the Taiwan Barista Championship (TBC), Rebirth Coffee reflects a deep dedication to craftsmanship and innovation. Together with co-founder Aurora, a seasoned World Barista Championship (WBC) judge, Klay channels years of competition-level roasting expertise into every cup. The roastery uses Giesen and Stronghold S7X machines, applying diverse roasting methods to unlock the full flavour potential of each bean. Rebirth Coffee’s offerings are vibrant and dynamic, featuring signature seasonal 1+1 sets crafted with TBC-grade beans, roasting profiles, and brewing techniques. With accolades including a 1st runner-up finish at the 2024 TBC, Rebirth Coffee continues to share its passion for specialty coffee with a growing community of enthusiasts.
