Lowkey is a specialty coffee roastery based in Seoul, Korea. Founded in 2010, it now operates five coffee shops, guided by a philosophy of simplicity, honesty, and quality. Lowkey roasts coffee in small batches, only as needed, to serve each coffee at its freshest and best. With a deep respect for seasonality, the team focuses on expressing true flavour while thoughtfully sharing the stories of the farmers behind every cup—letting the coffee speak for itself.
