Light Up Coffee, founded by Yuma Kawano in 2014 in Kichijoji, Tokyo, is dedicated to bringing unique, single-origin coffee into daily life. Inspired by the vibrant fruit flavours of light roast coffee, Yuma developed a passion for the social impact and possibilities of single-origin beans, leading him to begin roasting a year before opening his first store. Since then, Light Up Coffee has expanded with multiple locations and a roastery in Mitaka, delivering carefully crafted coffee not only through their physical stores but also online, brightening customers' days with exceptional flavours and a dedication to quality.
