Glitch Coffee & Roasters

Founded in 2015 by Kiyokazu Suzuki, Glitch Coffee & Roasters began as a quest to revive and celebrate Japan’s traditional hand-drip coffee culture. Inspired by his passion for coffee, Suzuki created a café in Tokyo’s Jimbocho, a district rich in coffee history, to showcase Japanese coffee-making techniques with precision. Known for their commitment to single-origin light roasts, Glitch captures the natural essence of each coffee bean’s origin, offering a refined, balanced taste that honours Japanese craftsmanship. Their dedication to sourcing rare and exclusive beans has driven the growth of their locations in Ginza, Osaka, and Nagoya, establishing Glitch as a key player in Japan’s specialty coffee scene.
