Based in Taichung, Taiwan, Coffee Keeep on is an independent specialty coffee roastery and café founded in 2024, with its café opening in 2025. The extra “e” in “Keeep” represents both sustaining and continuing—a reflection of the team’s passion for coffee and curiosity to keep exploring every cup. Through thoughtful roasting, they bring out each coffee’s clarity, expressive aromas, and balanced flavours. Beyond single-origin coffees, Coffee Keeep on also offers drinks and food inspired by local Taiwanese tastes, making specialty coffee an accessible and enjoyable part of everyday life.
