Founded in 2013 near the back gate of National Taiwan University, Beans Lab Coffee continues a rich coffee heritage that traces back over half a century to the renowned Ueshima Coffee on Zhongshan North Road, Taipei. Guided by founder and head barista Chih-Chieh Chen, Beans Lab blends traditional roasting techniques with the innovation of the Third Wave coffee movement.
